High-quality interpretation services during various inspections and audits

Since 2009, I have regularly acted as an interpreter at various quality inspections. The types of inspections and audits where I have worked for are as follows:
-
Pharmaceutical GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) inspection: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP, also referred to as 'cGMP' or 'current Good Manufacturing Practice') is the aspect of quality assurance that ensures that medicines are consistently and safely produced and controlled according to quality standards appropriate to the intended used and as required by the product specification. Such inspections are carried out by the Korean authority MFDS (Ministry of Food and Drug Safety). I am a suitable interpreter with the necessary knowledge for the pharmaceutical GMP inspection. Many multinational pharmaceutical companies are among my regular clients: Pfizer, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson en MSD. pharmaceutical GMP inspection is one of the most difficult opportunities to interpret due to the complexity and difficulty of the subjects. The extent of the required knowledge should also not be forgotten.
-
Audit at manufacturers of medical devices: I am familiar with the applicable standards such as ISO 13485, Korean Medical Device Act and other associated rules.
-
Audit of pressure equipment manufacturers: KOGAS is the Korean authority that carries out this kind of audits. In every occasion KOGAS inspectors have shown high appreciation for my work.
-
Food Safety Inspection (Meat, dairy, eggs): These inspections are performed by the Korean authorities APQA and MFDS. The inspections in the Netherlands is organized by the Dutch authority NVWA. The inspections in Belgium are organized by the Belgian authority (FAVV).

Interpreting during such a quality inspection requires high level of interpretation quality standards and there are not many interpreters who meet these requirements. That is why I am invited from diverse countries: not only the Netherlands (my home base), but also Belgium and far away from other European countries.

My regular clients very much appreciate an interpreter who understands the language of the Korean inspectors and can interpret it in an accurate manner.
