Sihn Translation is a premium interpretation and translation service led by Seok Sun Sihn (MA), a sworn interpreter and translator in the Netherlands. Grounded in a solid academic foundation, Sihn Translation delivers high-quality interpretation and translation services specializing in the language pairs Korean-Dutch and Korean-English.
We aim to serve as a high-end linguistic standard, ensuring precise technical terminology and acting as a seamless cultural bridge. After graduating from Universiteit Leiden in 2004, Ms. Sihn worked extensively as a literary translator from Dutch into Korean, with numerous translated titles published in South Korea under her name.
As a sworn interpreter and translator registered in the Netherlands, she regularly works with key government institutions—including Dutch courts, the Public Prosecution Service, the police, and the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND)—as well as law firms and notary offices for legal translation and interpretation matters.
Furthermore, Ms. Sihn has established an outstanding track record in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Since 2009, when the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of Korea (MFDS) initiated pre-approval GMP audits for overseas manufacturing facilities, she has consistently provided professional interpretation for global pharmaceutical site inspections and medical device quality management system (ISO 13485) audits.
